Dr Matthew Turnour has extensive experience in project delivery, an impressive academic history and over a decade of experience as a governance and ethics trainer. As the managing director of the firm Neumann & Turnour Lawyers (1994 to 2014) and then as executive chairman (2014 to present) he has over three decades of experience leading experts in the delivery of time-sensitive, commissioned projects.
